Join us in the beautiful warmth of Southern Portugal, where we will hold space for you to decompress, destress, and reset.
This four-night immersive retreat is held in the gorgeous Casa Meranka, a short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. You will have your own little cottage or shared room for this intimate and restorative retreat.
This is an opportunity to take time for yourself away from the grind, deepen your yoga practice, and immerse yourself in nature, far from the noise and stress of daily life.

Becca Spooner
Becca will be offering Meridian Yoga daily, inspired by her studies in Indian, Japanese, and Chinese traditions as well as in-depth knowledge of functional movement and anatomy from her wealth of experience in bodywork.
Becca’s approach to yoga is accessible, fun and open to all levels. Think Vinyasa Flow alongside Qi-Gong, Yin with meditation, and Strong Slow Hatha. Becca is an experienced teacher, trained in assessing and adapting classes to meet her students’ needs. She loves to draw from other forms of movement and bodywork to create a rich and dynamic practice.

Antonia Dienst
Antonia is a qualified Breathwork facilitator and life coach. Her sessions guide her students through deep transformational release using Conscious Connected Breath. This method invites the possibility to release and transform strong/stuck emotions and blockages, which can lead to a feeling of relief and self-empowerment.

Nestled amongst the charming village of Figueira, just a 15 minute beautiful winding walk from one of the areas most stunning beaches the oasis that is Casa Meranka sits gracefully.
Within the pink walls, there are four charming cottages and one larger house, ideal for friends and families, all surrounded with luscious, green courtyards. Discover cosy, characterful lounge areas, two large bbq spots to cook locally sourced and grown food from the market and your own outside dining area.
Spend your free time exploring the expansive coastline and afternoons relaxing in the Algarvian sunshine with regular cooling dips in our six meter fresh water pool.

The price of the retreat includes accommodation, food (big brunch and dinner), all classes and free activities. Transport is not included.

Extra Night: €80 (this price is for accommodation only)
To secure your place, we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit, and full payment is due 1 month before the retreat.
