Meridian Yoga

Meridian Yoga integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Yoga through targeted stretches, invigorating movement practices, breathwork and visualisations. In these ancient systems, the body and mind are viewed as an integrated whole, alive with energetic pathways through which our lifeforce, or Qi, flows.

Meridian Yoga aims to balance and stimulate the energy flow in the body, promoting health and wellbeing, and support the prevention of disease. By combining the physical movements and breathwork of Yoga with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Meridian Yoga offers a unique and effective way to enhance overall health and vitality.

Acupressure massage

A deep, intuitive treatment that supports the release of long-held blockages in the body using massage, acupressure points, and stretches. Becca incorporates her training in Eastern Medicine (Acupressure, Shiatsu and Acupuncture) with Balinese and Swedish massage for a deeply restorative rebalancing of body and mind.

Shiatsu is an ancient form of healing from Japan that is based on the principles of Chinese Medicine. The treatment works along the same meridian lines as Acupuncture but is non-invasive, so no needles are used. Using stretches, joint mobilisation techniques, finger and palm pressure, Shiatsu opens up space in the body to relieve tension and stress, while restoring balance, leaving you with a profound sense of ease and calm.
