Meridian yoga 

 The modern world bombards our senses with overwhelming information leaving us feeling stressed, exhausted or numb. My classes remind students of the simple elements that guide us through our lives. Connecting our feet with the earth, opening space around the heart to welcome the breath, and aligning the spine we can find a lightness and ease in our bodies that can often be so elusive.

The modern world bombards our senses with overwhelming information leaving us feeling stressed, exhausted or numb. My classes remind students of the simple elements that guide us through our lives. Connecting our feet with the earth, opening space around the heart to welcome the breath, and aligning the spine we can find a lightness and ease in our bodies that can often be so elusive.

I have practiced yoga since childhood thanks to the teachings of my mum who helped me to relieve severe asthma symptoms and a gymnast’s chronic back pain with movement medicine. 

Movement in yoga stretches and strengthens the body while opening space to allow freedom, greater vitality, balance, and a sense of calm. 

I teach Hatha, Yin, Dynamic and Restorative styles of yoga in studios, offices and private residences around London.
